Curucu, Beast Of The Amazon (Color Version) (1956)

Rock Dean (John Bromfield) and Dr. Andrea Romar (Beverly Garland) travel up the Amazon River to find out why plantation workers have left their work in panic. They discover there have been alleged attacks from Curucu, a monster who is said to live up the river where no white man has ever gone before. Also stars Tom Payne.

This film was actually shot in color, but by the time it began to air on local TV stations most of the color prints were lost. Finally, here at last is one of the rare surviving color prints in the best picture quality currently available.
