Joe Walker (Tony Kendall) is a private detective who arrives in Istanbul to investigate a drug smuggling gang called the “Green Hounds.” Joe is unaware that the private secretary of the U.S. consul is a member of the gang. Also with Brad Harris and Samson Burke.
