Strike Commando 2 (1988)

Michael Ransom's Vietnam squad leader, Vic Jenkins (Richard Harris), is captured by terrorists demanding ten million dollars worth of diamonds in return for his release. Michael (Brent Huff), reluctantly aided by local tough-girl Rosanna Boom (Mary Stavin), is dispatched by the CIA to rescue Jenkins and put a stop to his heroin-smuggling captors. But complications ensue.
