In a small Western town in 1880, a boy (Stephen Parker) is subjected to rays from a meteor. As a result, he grows into a teenaged, hairy, psychopathic killer (Gilbert Perkins), so his mother (Anne Gwynne) hides him in her basement. Also stars Stuart Wade and Gloria Castillo.
