In 1692 a young girl (Susan Swift) in Salem, Massachusetts, accuses several residents of being witches, and they are burned at the stake. In 1980 a young woman (also Susan Swift) who is a descendant of the accuser finds herself having recurring nightmares about the incident and comes to believe she is being terrorized by the ghost of the father of the women who were burned as witches. Also stars Albert Salmi, Guy Stockwell and Tisha Sterling. Directed by Bert I. Gordon.

On April 22, 1990, Albert and Roberta Salmi were found shot to death in their home in Spokane, Washington. According to police, Salmi, who was separated from Roberta at the time and was suffering from severe clinical depression, shot and killed his wife and then committed suicide.
