Framed on drug charges, a poor boy (Alexander Fu Sheng) immigrates to the United States to escape prosecution, only to find himself caught in a turf war between two rival gangs in San Francisco’s Chinatown. Also stars Shirley Yu and Yin Yin Shaw.
