King Of Kung Fu (1973)

This is a straight-up Chinese action-er with no trimmings, a few decidedly graceful moments (an acrobatic group performing in slow motion) and a virtue that several of the independent productions seem to share, that of incorporating a genuine street feeling, however fleetingly, into the proceedings. Stars Bob Baker (who was Bruce Lee’s opponent in The Chinese Connection [1972]).

The picture quality for this film is a bit soft and grainy, but still the best available anywhere.
