In Montreal, during Expo 1967, Arthur (Franco Fantasia) tries to contact his lookalike brother Robert (also Franco Fantasia), to recover $3,000,000 in jewelry, the result of a successful hit a few years earlier. On the case is Homicide Captain Tom Rowland (Brad Harris) from New York and Jo Louis Walker (Tony Kendall), a detective at the service of the insurance company. Also with Erica Blanc.
