In an apocalyptic future, is a land known as The Wheelzone. In this place there are no cars and people travel on skates and skateboards. The leader of The Wheelzone, The Pharoah (William Smith), sends his warriors to kidnap a psychic. Hawk Goodman (Scott Shaw) goes on a rescue mission to return the psychic and other young ladies from the grasp of the evil overlord. Also with Frank Stallone, Karen Black and Rhonda Shear.
