A man (Keith Warn) and his son (Kevin Wortman), along with their dog are hiding out at a deserted sorority retreat when they are suddenly invaded by four cute sorority pledges (Stacy Oliver, Kelly Kraegel, Tisha Brown and Nicole Holmes), sent there by their pledge master (Nikki Trexler).
