In the year 1996 on an island somewhere off the South American coast a loyal band of fanatic Nazi doctors feel the war is not over yet. They develop a genetic cloning technique where an exact human duplicate can be created of anyone and can be controlled. Glen Manning (Robert Vaughn), a special agent assigned to assure the safety of world leaders, first becomes involved when a busload of high ranking officials disappears. Before Manning gets a chance to even report this incident the dignitaries reappear reporting nothing unusual. Manning is suspicious and eventually discovers the island, captive women and the horrific reality of the ultimate clone. Also with Keenan Wynn and Aldo Ray.
