Tiger Claws (1991)

The police are investigating a serial killer who targets martial arts masters. Detective Linda Masterson (Cynthia Rothrock) works on her first murder case with martial arts specialist, Sgt. Tarek Richards (Jalal Merhi). Now they need to find a tiger-style master, because the killer uses tiger-style kung fu. Also stars Nick Dibley and Fern Figueiredo. Also with Bolo Yeung.
