Volta (2004)

Perla (Ai-Ai Dels Alas) was pre-chosen to be a saviour when she was still young. She was struck by lightning, which gave her the ability to conjure electricity. During the third strike, she became Volta. Her mission, to stop the evil Celphora from controlling people through cellphones. Very amusing. (In Tagalog language, with English subtitles).
