Goldengirl (1979)

A young athlete, Goldine Serafin (Susan Anton), is genetically altered by her adoptive father, an ex-Nazi doctor (Curd Jürgens), to be super-human. Can she stand the pressure? Will her less-than-normal physiology and the consortium of investors, hoping that Goldine will win three gold medals at the Olympics and deliver millions in merchandising dollars, be revealed by snooping reporter Steve Esselton (Robert Culp)? Only Jack Dryden (James Coburn), the superstar agent hired by the investors, seems to know or care about the real Goldine Serafin. Also with Leslie Caron and Harry Guardino.
