Claws (1977)

aka: Devil Bear

Ripoff of Grizzly (1976). The story concerns a grizzly bear who is wounded by three hunters in one year. From then on, the bear goes on a killing spree in the woods, trying to take revenge on humans as a whole for its brush with the hunters. Jason (Jason Evers) and Chris Monroe (Carla Layton), estranged husband and wife, go in search of the bear after it kills their only son (Buck Monroe). Also with Myron Healey and Anthony Caruso (who guest-starred as Bela in the original Star Trek TV series episode “A Piece Of The Action”).
