Frankenstein Meets The Spacemonster (1965)

When an atomic war on Mars kills off most of it's women, the Martian Princess, Marcuzan, (Marilyn Hanold) and her right-hand man Dr. Nadir, (Lou Cutell) travel to Earth and kidnap women for breeding stock. Landing in Puerto Rico, they shoot down a NASA space capsule manned by an android (Robert Reilly). With his electronic brain damaged, the android terrorizes the island while the Martians raid beaches and pool parties. Also stars James Karen and with Nancy Marshall. With Bruce Glover as the space monster.

NOTE: Bruce Glover is the father of Crispen Glover, who went on to star in Back To The Future (1985).
