Only A Woman (1962)

German comedy about a woman, Lilli (Maria Schell), who begins gaining weight because of relationship problems with her American fashion photographer boyfriend (Paul Hubschmid). Lilli seeks help from a female shrink, who tells her that the guy is more trouble than he’s worth. Posing as an undersexed Mama’s boy, the photographer goes to the therapist for advice–and the two soon enjoy a sexual romp, comically complicating matters for all concerned.
