Lab assistant Sugimoto (Joji Tsurumi) discovers a chemical that can shrink a man down to the size of a fly. He then tries to use it for revenge against those who have framed him as a war criminal. Meanwhile, Dr. Tsukioka, (Ryuji Shinagawa) a physicist, decides to become an invisible man to save the people from the terror of the Fly Man. Also stars Yoshiro Kitahara and Junko Kano. Also with Ikuko Mori and Kyoko Anan. (In Japanese language, with English subtitles).
