After serving a year in jail on drug charges Terry Hawkins (Roger Watkins) decides to repay society by making some snuff films. Four people are captured, tied up and held as material for his project. One-by-one they are killed in scenes for the camera. One woman has her limbs sawed off while he keeps her conscious. Other methods include decapitation and death by a power drill. Hawkins is complimented on how realistic his films look. Also with Ken Fisher, Bill Schlageter and Kathy Curtin.
Roger Watkins, who also wrote, directed and produced this film, died in his home from heart failure on the evening of March 6th, 2007, in Apalachin, NY. He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth. Watkins was 58.
